Also file a complaint with the Texas General Attorney's Office Dept Consumer Affairs https://www.oag.state.tx.us/consumer/filing.shtml and also file one in your home state as they are doing business in your state with written contracts to you. I have received a letter from the TX office and they are investigating, so more complaints filed will help. This is theft by taking, receiving money from the renters and keeping it. 128886b

| 1. Written by Been There Done That on March 26, 2012 from plano, texas, US I would reccommend that a class action not be the way to go .. Class Action is a civil suit and can take years in the courts to settle, by then the lawyer fees are so exhorbitant that you will be lucky to get a few pennies on the dollar, if you can even get money at all. The fastest way to file is either in small claims or press criminal charges. The owners have pierced they vail of corporate security by using company funds for personal expenses. This means that if you sue the company, you can also sue the owners personally. |

They still owe me aprox. $1,000.00 I even went by their business in Dallas in effort to collect but found the doors closed and no one home. I called and could hear the phone ring on the other side of the door but no answer. That same day I discovered the website was down.... I am definitely interested in class action. |
