I have worked with getrv.com for three years with no problems. Getrv.com is now 7 weeks late with over $2000 of my money. They keep making excuses for not paying. They have also told me three different times that my check is in the mail. They are on their third person in accounting. She told me that they are $60,000 back in payments to their vendors and no checks will be cut for another two weeks. If you are a vendor and have rentals coming up do not let your RV go out without getting paid first. 128896b

I've been waiting since Sept for a 2wk rental payment. Please contact me - I am trying to get together enough interest to file a class action suit. I've already contacted the Texas General Attorney - Consumer Affairs Department and you should file a complaint with them too.

Have you tried to bring up any action against them? I am having the same problem. THey owe me about $1000 and one of my checks is about 9 weeks late. It seems all I have gotten with them is the run around. I finally sent an email to them today to say that If I dont have my checks in the mail by Monday I am going to file a suit at small claims court. My email is if you would like to comment.
